2. Что такое BLOOMI
BLOOMI — личный дневник и журнал для беременных и мам: записи, фото, календарь, самочувствие, цикл, развитие ребёнка, чек-листы.
BLOOMI не является медицинской услугой или медицинским изделием. Приложение не ставит диагнозов, не оценивает показатели и не даёт медицинских советов. Прогноз цикла и окна фертильности — приблизительный и не подходит для предотвращения беременности. Все решения о здоровье — вашем и ребёнка — принимайте вместе с врачом. В экстренной ситуации звоните 112.
3. Аккаунт
Пользоваться BLOOMI можно с 18 лет.
Укажите действующую почту: она нужна для восстановления пароля и облачной копии.
Храните пароль в тайне. Аккаунт — личный, не передавайте его другим.
Вы отвечаете за данные, которые вносите, в том числе о детях.
4. Пробный период
Первые 14 дней — бесплатно, без оформления подписки и без оплаты.
Пробный период предоставляется один раз на устройство. Повторно на том же устройстве — даже с другой почтой — он недоступен.
После окончания пробного периода новые записи можно создавать по подписке. Смотреть, выгружать и удалять уже внесённые данные можно и без подписки.
5. Подписка
Подписка оформляется и оплачивается только через Google Play или App Store. Цена, срок и условия показываются в магазине до покупки.
Подписка продлевается автоматически, если не отменить её не позже чем за 24 часа до конца текущего срока. Отменить продление можно в настройках подписок Google Play или App Store.
Удаление приложения или аккаунта не отменяет подписку. Её нужно отменить в магазине.
Возвраты оформляются по правилам Google Play или Apple. Ваши права потребителя по закону сохраняются.
Об изменении цены магазин предупредит вас заранее по своим правилам.
6. Облачная копия
Входит в подписку и включается по желанию. Нужна подтверждённая почта.
Объём: месячная подписка — до 3 ГБ; годовая — до 6 ГБ в первый год, затем до 10 ГБ; в пробный период — до 500 МБ. В месяц — до 120 фото и 90 видео.
После окончания подписки копия хранится 24 месяца с окончания подписки или с последнего входа в приложение — считается более поздняя дата (предупреждения за 90, 30 и 7 дней). Если подписка ни разу не оплачивалась — 6 месяцев с окончания пробного периода или с последнего входа (предупреждения за 30 и 7 дней). Любой вход в приложение начинает отсчёт заново, затем удаляется. Перед удалением мы пришлём письмо.
Копия — удобство, а не гарантия. Рекомендуем время от времени делать экспорт.
7. Ваши материалы
Всё, что вы вносите — записи, фото, видео, документы, — принадлежит вам. Вы разрешаете нам хранить и передавать эти материалы только в той мере, в какой это нужно для работы приложения (например, для облачной копии). Мы не публикуем их и не используем в других целях.
8. Что нельзя делать
нарушать закон или чужие права, в том числе загружать чужие материалы без разрешения;
пытаться получить доступ к чужим данным или к нашим системам;
обходить ограничения пробного периода, подписки и лимитов;
вмешиваться в работу приложения, разбирать или копировать его код, кроме случаев, прямо разрешённых законом.
9. Работа приложения и изменения
Мы стараемся, чтобы BLOOMI работало стабильно, но не можем обещать, что не будет сбоев или перерывов. Мы можем развивать приложение: добавлять, менять или убирать функции. О существенных изменениях, которые касаются подписки, мы предупредим заранее.
10. Ответственность
В той мере, в какой это допускает закон, мы не отвечаем за косвенный ущерб, упущенную выгоду и решения о здоровье, принятые на основе записей в приложении. Ничто в этих условиях не ограничивает нашу ответственность за умысел и грубую неосторожность, а также ваши права потребителя, которые нельзя ограничить по закону.
11. Прекращение
Вы можете в любой момент удалить аккаунт — см. страницу удаления аккаунта. Мы можем приостановить или закрыть аккаунт при серьёзном нарушении этих условий. Если это не запрещено законом или не мешает расследованию, мы сообщим вам об этом и дадим возможность выгрузить данные.
12. Применимое право и споры
К этим условиям применяется право Турецкой Республики. Потребители могут обратиться в арбитражную комиссию по делам потребителей (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) или суд по делам потребителей по месту жительства. Если вы живёте в Европейском союзе, за вами сохраняется защита обязательных норм права вашей страны.
13. Пользователям iPhone и iPad
Если вы скачали BLOOMI из App Store:
эти условия заключены между вами и нами, а не с Apple; за приложение и поддержку отвечаем мы;
Apple не обязана обслуживать или поддерживать приложение;
если приложение не соответствует гарантии, предусмотренной законом, вы можете сообщить об этом Apple, и Apple вернёт стоимость покупки, если она была; других гарантийных обязательств у Apple нет;
претензии, связанные с приложением, в том числе об ответственности за продукт, о несоответствии закону, о защите прав потребителей и о нарушении прав третьих лиц, рассматриваем мы, а не Apple;
вы подтверждаете, что не находитесь в стране под санкциями США и не включены в санкционные списки США;
вы соблюдаете условия App Store и условия третьих сторон;
Apple и её дочерние компании — третьи стороны-выгодоприобретатели этих условий и вправе требовать их исполнения.
14. Изменения условий
Мы можем обновлять эти условия. О существенных изменениях сообщим в приложении или по почте не позднее чем за 30 дней. Если вы не согласны, можете отменить подписку и удалить аккаунт.

1. What these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Tamara Onal ("we") on the use of the BLOOMI app ("Mom's Diary"). By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. What BLOOMI is
BLOOMI is a personal diary and journal for pregnant women and mothers: entries, photos, a calendar, wellbeing, the cycle, the child's development and checklists.
BLOOMI is not a medical service or a medical device. The app does not diagnose, does not rate values and does not give medical advice. Cycle and fertile-window predictions are approximate and must not be used to prevent pregnancy. Make all decisions about your health and your child's health together with a doctor. In an emergency call 112 (or your local emergency number).
3. Account
You must be 18 or older to use BLOOMI.
Use a valid email address: it is needed to reset your password and for the cloud backup.
Keep your password secret. The account is personal; do not share it.
You are responsible for the data you enter, including data about children.
4. Free trial
The first 14 days are free, without a subscription and without payment.
The free trial is available once per device. It is not available again on the same device, even with a different email address.
After the trial, creating new entries requires a subscription. You can still view, export and delete data you have already entered without a subscription.
5. Subscription
Subscriptions are purchased and paid for only through Google Play or the App Store. The price, period and terms are shown in the store before purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel renewal in the Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription. You must cancel it in the store.
Refunds are handled under the rules of Google Play or Apple. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The store will notify you in advance of any price change under its own rules.
6. Cloud backup
Included in the subscription and optional. Requires a verified email address.
Storage: monthly subscription — up to 3 GB; annual — up to 6 GB in the first year, then up to 10 GB; during the free trial — up to 500 MB. Up to 120 photos and 90 videos per month.
After the subscription ends, the backup is kept for 24 months from the end of the subscription or from your last sign-in to the app, whichever is later (we warn you 90, 30 and 7 days before). If you have never paid for a subscription — 6 months from the end of the free trial or from your last sign-in (warnings 30 and 7 days before). Any sign-in restarts the countdown and then deleted. We will email you before deletion.
The backup is a convenience, not a guarantee. We recommend exporting your data from time to time.
7. Your content
Everything you enter — entries, photos, videos, documents — belongs to you. You allow us to store and transfer this content only as far as needed to run the app (for example, for the cloud backup). We do not publish it or use it for any other purpose.
8. What you must not do
break the law or other people's rights, including uploading other people's content without permission;
try to access other people's data or our systems;
bypass the limits of the free trial, subscription or storage;
interfere with the app, or decompile or copy its code, except where the law expressly allows it.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep BLOOMI stable, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. We may develop the app by adding, changing or removing features. We will tell you in advance about significant changes affecting your subscription.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or health decisions made based on entries in the app. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or your consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time — see the account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms. Unless the law forbids it or it would hinder an investigation, we will tell you and let you export your data.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the consumer court where they live. If you live in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
13. For iPhone and iPad users
If you downloaded BLOOMI from the App Store:
these terms are between you and us, not Apple; we, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its support;
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation;
we, not Apple, handle any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, consumer protection and third-party intellectual property claims;
you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US list of prohibited or restricted parties;
you comply with the App Store terms and any applicable third-party terms;
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes in the app or by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account.

1. Bu koşullar neyi kapsar
Bu koşullar, BLOOMI ("Anne Günlüğü") uygulamasının kullanımına ilişkin sizinle Tamara Onal ("biz") arasındaki sözleşmedir. Hesap oluşturarak veya uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Verileri nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.
2. BLOOMI nedir
BLOOMI, hamileler ve anneler için kişisel bir günlük ve kayıt uygulamasıdır: kayıtlar, fotoğraflar, takvim, sağlık durumu, döngü, çocuğun gelişimi, kontrol listeleri.
BLOOMI tıbbi bir hizmet veya tıbbi cihaz değildir. Uygulama teşhis koymaz, değerleri değerlendirmez ve tıbbi tavsiye vermez. Döngü ve doğurgan dönem tahminleri yaklaşıktır ve gebeliği önlemek için kullanılmamalıdır. Kendi sağlığınız ve çocuğunuzun sağlığıyla ilgili tüm kararları doktorunuzla birlikte verin. Acil durumda 112'yi arayın.
3. Hesap
BLOOMI'yi kullanmak için 18 yaşında veya daha büyük olmalısınız.
Geçerli bir e-posta adresi kullanın: şifre sıfırlama ve bulut yedeği için gereklidir.
Şifrenizi gizli tutun. Hesap kişiseldir, başkalarıyla paylaşmayın.
Çocuklarla ilgili olanlar dahil, girdiğiniz verilerden siz sorumlusunuz.
4. Deneme süresi
İlk 14 gün ücretsizdir; abonelik ve ödeme gerekmez.
Deneme süresi her cihazda bir kez sunulur. Aynı cihazda, farklı bir e-posta ile bile tekrar sunulmaz.
Deneme süresi bittikten sonra yeni kayıt oluşturmak için abonelik gerekir. Daha önce girdiğiniz verileri abonelik olmadan da görüntüleyebilir, dışa aktarabilir ve silebilirsiniz.
5. Abonelik
Abonelik yalnızca Google Play veya App Store üzerinden satın alınır ve ödenir. Fiyat, süre ve koşullar satın almadan önce mağazada gösterilir.
Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenilemeyi Google Play veya App Store abonelik ayarlarından iptal edebilirsiniz.
Uygulamayı veya hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Aboneliği mağazadan iptal etmeniz gerekir.
İadeler Google Play veya Apple kurallarına göre yapılır. Kanundan doğan tüketici haklarınız saklıdır.
Fiyat değişikliğini mağaza kendi kurallarına göre size önceden bildirir.
6. Bulut yedeği
Aboneliğe dahildir ve isteğe bağlıdır. Doğrulanmış e-posta gerektirir.
Alan: aylık abonelik — 3 GB'a kadar; yıllık — ilk yıl 6 GB'a kadar, sonra 10 GB'a kadar; deneme süresinde 500 MB'a kadar. Ayda en fazla 120 fotoğraf ve 90 video.
Abonelik sona erdikten sonra yedek aboneliğin bitişinden ya da uygulamaya son girişinizden — hangisi daha geçse — itibaren 24 ay (90, 30 ve 7 gün önce uyarırız). Hiç abonelik ödemediyseniz deneme süresinin bitişinden ya da son girişinizden itibaren 6 ay (30 ve 7 gün önce uyarı). Her giriş sayacı yeniden başlatır saklanır, ardından silinir. Silmeden önce e-posta göndeririz.
Yedek bir kolaylıktır, garanti değildir. Verilerinizi zaman zaman dışa aktarmanızı öneririz.
7. İçeriğiniz
Girdiğiniz her şey — kayıtlar, fotoğraflar, videolar, belgeler — size aittir. Bu içeriği yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gerektiği ölçüde (örneğin bulut yedeği için) saklamamıza ve aktarmamıza izin verirsiniz. İçeriğinizi yayımlamayız ve başka amaçla kullanmayız.
8. Yapılmaması gerekenler
kanunu veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek, başkalarına ait içeriği izinsiz yüklemek dahil;
başkalarının verilerine veya sistemlerimize erişmeye çalışmak;
deneme süresi, abonelik veya depolama sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmak;
uygulamanın işleyişine müdahale etmek, kanunun açıkça izin verdiği hâller dışında kodunu çözmek veya kopyalamak.
9. Hizmetin sürekliliği ve değişiklikler
BLOOMI'nin kararlı çalışması için çaba gösteririz, ancak hata veya kesinti olmayacağını garanti edemeyiz. Uygulamayı geliştirebilir; özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Aboneliği etkileyen önemli değişiklikleri önceden bildiririz.
10. Sorumluluk
Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan, yoksun kalınan kârdan ve uygulamadaki kayıtlara dayanarak verilen sağlık kararlarından sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, kast ve ağır kusurdan doğan sorumluluğumuzu veya kanunen sınırlanamayan tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
11. Sona erme
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz — bkz. hesap silme sayfası. Bu koşulların ciddi şekilde ihlal edilmesi hâlinde hesabı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Kanun yasaklamadıkça veya bir soruşturmayı engellemedikçe bunu size bildirir ve verilerinizi dışa aktarma imkânı veririz.
12. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketiciler, yerleşim yerlerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne veya Tüketici Mahkemesi'ne başvurabilir. Avrupa Birliği'nde yaşıyorsanız ülkenizin emredici hukuk kurallarının sağladığı koruma saklıdır.
13. iPhone ve iPad kullanıcıları için
BLOOMI'yi App Store'dan indirdiyseniz:
bu koşullar Apple ile değil, sizinle bizim aramızdadır; uygulamadan ve desteğinden Apple değil biz sorumluyuz;
Apple'ın uygulamaya bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur;
uygulama geçerli bir garantiye uymazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsiniz; Apple varsa satın alma bedelini iade eder; Apple'ın başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur;
ürün sorumluluğu, mevzuata aykırılık, tüketicinin korunması ve üçüncü kişilerin fikri mülkiyet hakları dahil uygulamaya ilişkin talepleri Apple değil biz ele alırız;
ABD ambargosuna tabi bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD yasaklı veya kısıtlı kişiler listelerinde yer almadığınızı onaylarsınız;
App Store koşullarına ve geçerli üçüncü taraf koşullarına uyarsınız;
Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarlarıdır ve bunların uygulanmasını talep edebilir.
14. Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri en az 30 gün önceden uygulamada veya e-postayla bildiririz. Kabul etmiyorsanız aboneliğinizi iptal edip hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.
BLOOMI kişisel bir günlüktür; tıbbi tavsiye değildir ve doktorun yerini tutmaz.

1. Qué regulan estas condiciones
Estas condiciones son un contrato entre tú y Tamara Onal («nosotros») sobre el uso de la app BLOOMI («Diario de mamá»). Al crear una cuenta o usar la app, las aceptas. Cómo tratamos los datos se explica en la Política de privacidad.
2. Qué es BLOOMI
BLOOMI es un diario y registro personal para embarazadas y madres: entradas, fotos, calendario, bienestar, ciclo, desarrollo del bebé y listas.
BLOOMI no es un servicio médico ni un producto sanitario. La app no diagnostica, no valora cifras ni da consejos médicos. Las previsiones del ciclo y de la ventana fértil son aproximadas y no deben usarse para evitar el embarazo. Toma todas las decisiones sobre tu salud y la de tu hijo junto con un médico. En una emergencia, llama al 112.
3. Cuenta
Para usar BLOOMI debes tener 18 años o más.
Usa un correo válido: es necesario para restablecer la contraseña y para la copia en la nube.
Mantén tu contraseña en secreto. La cuenta es personal; no la compartas.
Eres responsable de los datos que introduces, incluidos los de tus hijos.
4. Prueba gratuita
Los primeros 14 días son gratis, sin suscripción y sin pago.
La prueba gratuita se ofrece una sola vez por dispositivo. No vuelve a estar disponible en el mismo dispositivo, aunque uses otro correo.
Al terminar la prueba, para crear entradas nuevas se necesita una suscripción. Sin suscripción puedes seguir viendo, exportando y borrando los datos que ya introdujiste.
5. Suscripción
La suscripción solo se compra y se paga a través de Google Play o App Store. El precio, la duración y las condiciones se muestran en la tienda antes de la compra.
La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo en curso. Puedes cancelar la renovación en los ajustes de suscripciones de Google Play o App Store.
Borrar la app o la cuenta no cancela la suscripción. Tienes que cancelarla en la tienda.
Los reembolsos se rigen por las normas de Google Play o de Apple. Tus derechos legales como consumidora no se ven afectados.
La tienda te avisará con antelación de cualquier cambio de precio según sus propias normas.
6. Copia en la nube
Incluida en la suscripción y opcional. Requiere un correo verificado.
Espacio: suscripción mensual, hasta 3 GB; anual, hasta 6 GB el primer año y después hasta 10 GB; durante la prueba gratuita, hasta 500 MB. Hasta 120 fotos y 90 vídeos al mes.
Cuando termina la suscripción, la copia se conserva durante 24 meses desde el fin de la suscripción o desde tu último inicio de sesión en la app, lo que ocurra más tarde (avisamos 90, 30 y 7 días antes). Si nunca has pagado una suscripción, 6 meses desde el fin de la prueba gratuita o desde tu último inicio de sesión (avisos 30 y 7 días antes). Cualquier inicio de sesión reinicia la cuenta atrás y después se borra. Te avisaremos por correo antes de borrarla.
La copia es una comodidad, no una garantía. Te recomendamos exportar tus datos de vez en cuando.
7. Tu contenido
Todo lo que introduces —entradas, fotos, vídeos, documentos— es tuyo. Nos permites guardarlo y transmitirlo solo en la medida necesaria para que la app funcione (por ejemplo, para la copia en la nube). No lo publicamos ni lo usamos para otros fines.
8. Lo que no está permitido
infringir la ley o los derechos de otras personas, incluido subir contenido ajeno sin permiso;
intentar acceder a datos de otras personas o a nuestros sistemas;
eludir los límites de la prueba gratuita, de la suscripción o del espacio;
interferir en el funcionamiento de la app, o descompilar o copiar su código, salvo en los casos expresamente permitidos por la ley.
9. Disponibilidad y cambios
Trabajamos para que BLOOMI funcione de forma estable, pero no podemos garantizar que no haya errores ni interrupciones. Podemos desarrollar la app añadiendo, cambiando o eliminando funciones. Te avisaremos con antelación de los cambios importantes que afecten a tu suscripción.
10. Responsabilidad
En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no respondemos de daños indirectos, del lucro cesante ni de las decisiones de salud tomadas a partir de las entradas de la app. Nada en estas condiciones limita nuestra responsabilidad por dolo o culpa grave, ni tus derechos como consumidora que la ley no permite limitar.
11. Terminación
Puedes borrar tu cuenta en cualquier momento: consulta la página de eliminación de cuenta. Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta por un incumplimiento grave de estas condiciones. Salvo que la ley lo prohíba o que ello obstaculice una investigación, te lo comunicaremos y te daremos la oportunidad de exportar tus datos.
12. Ley aplicable y conflictos
Estas condiciones se rigen por el derecho de la República de Turquía. Las personas consumidoras pueden acudir a la Comisión de Arbitraje de Consumo (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) o al tribunal de consumo de su domicilio. Si vives en la Unión Europea, conservas la protección de las normas imperativas de tu país.
13. Para usuarias de iPhone y iPad
Si descargaste BLOOMI desde App Store:
estas condiciones se celebran entre tú y nosotros, no con Apple; nosotros, y no Apple, somos responsables de la app y de su soporte;
Apple no tiene ninguna obligación de mantener ni dar soporte a la app;
si la app no cumple una garantía aplicable, puedes comunicarlo a Apple y Apple te reembolsará el precio de compra, si lo hubo; Apple no tiene ninguna otra obligación de garantía;
nosotros, y no Apple, atendemos las reclamaciones relativas a la app, incluidas las de responsabilidad por productos, incumplimiento legal o normativo, protección del consumidor y propiedad intelectual de terceros;
confirmas que no te encuentras en un país sometido a embargo de EE. UU. ni figuras en ninguna lista estadounidense de personas prohibidas o restringidas;
cumples las condiciones de App Store y las condiciones de terceros aplicables;
Apple y sus filiales son terceros beneficiarios de estas condiciones y pueden exigir su cumplimiento.
14. Cambios en estas condiciones
Podemos actualizar estas condiciones. Te informaremos de los cambios importantes en la app o por correo con al menos 30 días de antelación. Si no estás de acuerdo, puedes cancelar la suscripción y borrar tu cuenta.
